What's On St Kilda & Southside (whatsonstkilda.com) is operated by the City of Port Phillip (Council) and uses the Everi events platform (hosted by Everi Pty Ltd CAN). By using this website ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions").
