Terms & Conditions:

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

3. This event Grand Final 2024 watch party is an 18+ event and RSA applies. The purchase of alcohol is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Identification may be required.

4. Ticket includes reserved seating best allocated based on group sizes

5. Ticket includes four 4 drink cards to purchase 4 pots of tap beers, 4 glasses of house wines or 4 pots of soft drink.

6. Ticket includes roaming hot food.

7. Food allergies and intolerances: Please be aware that whilst all care is taken when catering for dietary requirements, it must be noted that within the premises we handle peanuts & tree nuts, fish & crustaceans, sesame, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, lupin and sulphites. Customers’ requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, but the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the diner.

8. Refunds & Cancellation Policy: We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

9. Venue Rules: Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

10. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

11. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

12. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

13. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

14. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and ticket holder will be refused entry to or rejected from the venue.

15. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

16. The promoter, venue management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
