DOC – a celebration of Gippsland Chianina Beef

From Tuesday 9 to Sunday 13 October, D.O.C St Kilda is celebrating the best of local produce with a special Chianina Beef menu that's set to excite. Chianina Beef is a cattle breed renowned for its flavour and tenderness that originates from Toscana, but which has been raised locally.

Their chefs have created a special menu that will offer Italian classics, including Chianina polpette, Chianina ragù and a Chianina salame pizza, available as à la carte or a set menu. 

Customers can also enjoy an optional wine pairing, featuring feature wines made locally by Italian winemakers that use traditional Italian fermentation methods and grapes. Part of Spring Graze Southside.
