ON THE UNCERTAINTY OF SIGNS

What if the inbox of a meme page held the keys to the city? Specifically, how people in it loved? That’s precisely what Willing discovered upon opening his DMs to the romantics in his orbit. THE SOUR GLITCH REFUSAL

The Sour Glitch Refusal is a vicarious riddle room with little space for diligence. Wordplay is foreplay, sense is nonsense, clues are costumes, and the escape is in the doing. With players and protagonists, They and Them, you are locked in an 80s corporate workroom. Beige, banal and bereft. The printer is broken, the plants are wilting, the water cooler drips slowly. There are no colleagues in sight. There’s been a murder on the work floor. They (and Them) have one hour to solve the mystery and make an escape.

Find out more | 23 to 27 January ,Theatre Works: Explosive Factory, 67 Inkerman Street, St Kilda.
