Session Overview :
How do leaders create a thriving culture, if they are not thriving themselves?

Vibrancy and passion cannot be faked or sustained, when leaders are constantly giving to the team and not to themselves.
How do we keep our female leaders thriving?

This keynote session with Kemi will:
• Demonstrate why understanding the team is the key to understanding the self
• Prove that actions have more power than words
• Explain why the hardest aspect of leadership is the most powerful aspect of leadership

About Kemi 

Kemi does not look like your average speaker, and she is not your average speaker. She speaks with a unique voice, which balances candor and compassion. She is dynamic and engaging, a master communicator.

Kemi has motivated many groups and organisations around the world, speaking in Europe, Africa, USA, Asia and Australia. Kemi has the ability to communicate her message to people in a way that is attuned to the cultural context of her audience.
Driven my her clarity and connection, Kemi’s desire for every attendee is that they leave her presentations with confidence, clarity and tools for action. 

As a executive and personal coach, building trust is natural to Kemi; her intuitive way of reading an audience is one of her innate skills, and it allows her to engage with her audience in a way that opens up the potential of the room and deepens the conversation. Her unique gift is to empower meaningful action and shift an audience to fulfill their potential.
