**Please note our July and August Working Bees are cancelled to abide with Stage 3 restrictions. Our first priority is always that of the health and safety of our wonderful Volunteer Community and Contributors.

If you would like to visit the garden to drop off appropriate food scraps for the Worm Farms or Bokashi, please message us via Messenger on so we can direct you to the best location or prepare the beds for you. You could also do some personal gardening and we can advise you on what can be done in the garden.

We will also need volunteers to assist in watering the gardens so if you are available, please let us know.

We request you follow the guidelines outlined on the labels for the Worm Farms. Please follow appropriate guidelines for your personal safety and that of other volunteers and contributors. We suggest you sanitise your hands before and after handling the Worm Farms.

At our Working Bees we bury Bokashi, empty worm farms, water the beds, harvest vegetables & herbs, sow new plants and any general maintenance.

They are held on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Saturday of each month.

The Foundry Park Community Garden is located off Park Street South Melbourne between the laneways of Park Place and Gardner Place behind the South Melbourne Police Station.

Bring along your gloves, trowels, shovels, secateurs and scissors.
