How to Avoid High Achiever Burnout and Build Resilience & High Performance

Are you a high achiever who wants to build greater resilience, bounce forward from burnout and stress...and turn them into your superpowers?

About this Event

As a High Achiever you have successfully embedded your identity to the world of business and thought. This is what our dominant culture asks of us. You are highly competent, a complex thinker, a multitasker, focused and driven, goal oriented, future focused and often intense in engagement.

As our world and culture begins to undergo accelerated trans-formative crises this requires new ways of ordering our identities and find new success strategies - on the spot. A s a result we may become ungrounded, go into overdrive or overthinking, as traditional ways of pushing ahead fail to produce expected solutions.

This can lead to burnout, a sense of failure or even an identity crisis.

When you are at risk of burning out you may notice some of the following symptoms:

Increased irritability or low moods

A lack of energy or a sense of pushing through the day

Sleep disturbances,Feelings of worthlessness or failure

Self-doubt and inability to make decisions

A narrowing perspective with strong negative views of the future.

This list is not exhaustive.

This workshop is going to deconstruct the factors that lead to High Achiever Burnout; and show you strategies for re-balancing your life and work in order to regain and then maintain Peak Performance.

If you are a Manager, Executive, Business Owner or work in demanding professions, such as finance, sales and marketing, law, politics, or in the medical field - this is for you.

Although many high achievers do experience burnout once or more than once in their life, burnout is not a natural consequence of being a high achiever.

Rather, it is often a result of a lack of awareness, self-knowledge or having the right strategies to maintain Peak Performance consistently.

Building personal resiliency, imparting peak performance strategies and preventing burnout is our expertise and the content of this 45 minute workshop.
